Case Study: Léa Nature

Léa Nature is a French manufacturer of organic and natural products in the areas of food, health, hygiene, beauty and home products. Founded in 1993, it has grown through a passion for offering accessible natural products beneficial to health, while respecting the environment and living beings.

Its Graphic Design team is responsible for delivering artwork and packaging design, across more than 18 brands with 1,600 products.

With so many different streams of design work required, they needed a place to manage the ongoing jobs for the busy studio, whilst maintaining reliable version control of assets and hosting a library of accessible assets.

Jérôme Wurm heads up the Graphic Design team. "We needed a system to help us get organised and as I had used Flowzone before I knew it to be a good system. What drew me to it is how flexible it is; we needed a solution to fit in with how we wanted to work as a team so Flowzone was perfect for that."

Multi-language

As he notes "For us it's also important that users can use the system in French not just in English because several departments with a lot of different profiles use Flowzone within our company. Not everyone is necessarily comfortable with English."

Getting started

Jérôme says "We got started with Flowzone really quickly. Flowzone has a great set of standard tools that we used from the beginning to help us manage our work. Right from the start it allowed us get organised and gave us some immediate wins."

Continuous improvement

He continues "We are always looking for ways to improve how we work. For example, we realised that automating some parts of our process would really help cut down administration time. What has been great about Flowzone is that they have always been able to help us make changes to our system so, as we find new ways in which we can improve, Flowzone can adapt to those new ways."

In summary

As he reflects "We have been using Flowzone now for over two years and it has become an integral part of our working day. On top of the general way it helps us to keep track of our work, we've really cut down administration time and been able to provide really useful reports. Furthermore, with Flowzone and its online workflow, we have considerably reduced our paper printing."
